Rather than focusing only on coping strategies, we work with the emotional imprints, limiting beliefs and automatic responses that can sit beneath anxiety, emotional overwhelm, self-doubt, sleep difficulties, emotional eating and long-standing behavioural patterns.

STEP ONE: Free Clarity Call
A focused 30-minute conversation to understand what has been happening for you, what you want to change, and whether the Leading Minds Breakthrough Method is the right fit.
STEP TWO: Your Personalised Breakthrough Program
If we decide to work together, your program is tailored to your history, goals and the patterns you want to resolve.
Sessions may include subconscious change work, emotional resolution, limiting belief work, nervous system recalibration, deep trance integration and practical support between sessions.
STEP THREE: Integration and Support
You’ll receive support throughout the process so the changes made in session can begin to integrate into daily life. This may include simple tasks, recordings or resources to help reinforce the work between sessions.

The Breakthrough Method is a personalised 1:1 program. The number and structure of sessions depends on your needs, history and goals.
Do you offer sessions online?
Yes. Sessions are available online as well as in person from my clinic in Upwey in the Dandenong Ranges.
What happens during the free clarity call?
We’ll talk about what has been happening for you, what you want to change, and whether this approach is the right fit.
Is this the same as traditional talk therapy?
No. This work focuses on subconscious patterns, emotional imprints and limiting beliefs, rather than only talking through the issue consciously.
