STEP ONE: Free 30 Minute Consult

In this 30-minute Zoom call, we

👉🏼 Dive in to get a big picture of what's currently challenging you, and identify where you want to get to
👉🏼 Pinpoint key areas you want to work on, transform, and kick to the curb
👉🏼 Identify where you're at now, and where you want to be by the end of the year
👉🏼 Develop a tailored hypnotherapy program to get you there, with maximum results
👉🏼 Create a unique plan for sustainably and holistically meeting your needs and getting you where you want to be!

STEP TWO: Your Customised Hypnotherapy Program

Following your free consultation, I will create an individually tailored Hypnotherapy Program to suit your unique needs, ensuring that you achieve the best outcome possible from our work together.

1:1 Integrative Hypnotherapy programs look different for each individual, based on their unique circumstances and needs. Your Hypnotherapy program is centred around meeting your unique & individual needs. This is definitely NOT a cookie-cutter approach.

Sessions can include:

I work holistically with you, and draw from my extensive background in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Time Line Therapy™️, Energy Work (Reiki), Social Work, Plant-Based Nutrition, Health Coaching and Life Coaching, to deliver you the best results possible on a mind, body, and soul level.

Online hypnotherapy sessions are available via Zoom, where you can feel safe and comfortable within your own home, really deeply relax and let go as you effortlessly drop into Hypnosis.

In-person hypnotherapy sessions are also available in my Dandenong Ranges clinic in Melbourne, Victoria.

STEP THREE: Ongoing support during your journey

In addition to your hypnotherapy sessions, I will provide you with supportive tasks to ensure that the work done during your session is integrated seamlessly. These tasks operate on a deep subconscious level and reinforce the changes that we make to your habits and behaviours during our time together. This approach makes it even easier for you to integrate and maintain these changes permanently.

You will also receive recorded guided Hypnosis and other resources to assist you in getting the most out of our work together.

Do you do online hypnotherapy sessions?

Absolutely! My hypnosis clients come to me from all over the world! While some still prefer face-to-face sessions, many of my clients complete their Hypnotherapy programs via Zoom, and they love it! If you’re feeling reluctant about an online Hypnotherapy program, rest assured that I have had hundreds of people successfully complete their hypnotherapy programs online via Zoom. The best part about my online hypnotherapy sessions is that you get to stay in the comfort and security of your own home.

Does Hypnosis still work over Zoom?

YES! I get it. I was skeptical at first too, but during Covid, all of us Hypnotherapists had to test the waters and move our clinics online, and what we found was that not only were our clients still able to go into trance and get incredible results, they reported to feel more at ease and able to relax in their own homes, really let go and enjoy the process.

YES! The average success rate for hypnotherapy was found to be 93% after an average of 6 sessions, compared to a 38% success rate after an average of 600 sessions with a psychotherapist and 72% after 22 sessions of behavioural therapy.
